Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
Customized or handmade items may require up to one additional week for processing.

Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday at 12 PM EST through Monday, or on holidays.

Please note:
Expedited shipping only affects transit time—it does not shorten production time.
If you need an order’s lead time expedited, please contact us to discuss rush order options and fees.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Should your shipment experience a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United States.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Jae Sweets ships to addresses within the United StatesU.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment confirmation and tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Jae Sweets is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages During Shipping

Jae Sweets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Orders@JaeSweets.com.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items to assist with carrier claims.

International Shipping

At this time, Jae Sweets does not ship outside the continental United States.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries

We make every effort to validate shipping addresses at checkout to ensure accuracy with USPS.

If your address cannot be verified, we will attempt to contact you for an update.
If we are unable to confirm the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Jae Sweets is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If your tracking indicates your order was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that local law enforcement may be involved in the investigation.
Replacements or refunds will be issued after the carrier’s investigation is complete (allow up to 21 days).

Local Pickup Option

Customers located in or near New Caste, DE or Philadelphia, PA may select Local Pickup during checkout (when available).
Pickup details and address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup to ensure product freshness and quality.
