Thank you for shopping with Jae Sweets! We value every customer and strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges may be considered within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange of any kind.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Edible Items (Cakes, Treats, and Custom Orders)
Due to the perishable nature of our products, edible items such as cakes and treats are eligible for refund review within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
Please include photos and a detailed description of your concern when contacting us at Orders@JaeSweets.com for review.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email Orders@JaeSweets.com.
Return instructions will be provided within 24–48 business hours.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after notification of approval:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take several business days before the refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returns
All approved returns must be sent to the address provided in your return instructions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping amount will be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
