Resetting for the New Year: What’s Coming to Jae Sweets in Q1

Resetting for the New Year: What’s Coming to Jae Sweets in Q1

Every new year gives me a chance to reset, organize, and get intentional about how I’m running Jae Sweets. In full transparency, I haven’t had a consistent run since transitioning back from Florida. Life required more from me, and as the overly ambitious woman that I am, I kept telling myself I could do it all. The last three years showed me what carrying everything on my shoulders really leads to. This summer, I finally allowed myself to step back and get the help I needed so I could become a better mom, entrepreneur, and still hold my weight as a corporate woman. After a busy season of moving, rebranding, and refining my offerings, I’m using Q1 to build a stronger foundation for Jae Sweets and set the tone for the rest of 2026.

Q1 for Jae Sweets is all about structure, clarity, and showing up consistently—both online and in person. I’m focusing on making sure my brand reflects where I’m headed: offering high-quality cake supplies, custom treats, and in-person cake decorating experiences. You’ll start to see a clearer brand experience across the board, from refreshed website content and updated policies to easier navigation when you’re browsing classes or shopping for cake-making essentials. My goal is to make the ordering and class-booking process simple, transparent, and aligned with the bold, creative style Jae Sweets is known for.

Now that I’m officially back home in Philly, I’m also getting more intentional about showing up locally. Q1 is when I’ll be researching vendor events, applying for markets, and preparing for a stronger event season later in the year. Connecting with the community is a big part of how I plan to grow Jae Sweets in 2026, so if you know any Philly events looking for dessert vendors, definitely let your girl know.

Another exciting part of this quarter is the return of classes. I’m bringing back hands-on cake decorating experiences, starting with my Galentine’s Cake & Sip in February. This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you tap into your creativity, learn new cake decorating techniques, and enjoy a fun experience with your girls. More information and official sign-ups will be dropping soon, so keep an eye out if you’ve been wanting a cute, creative outting in Philly.

You’ll also start seeing more consistent updates from me across all platforms—Instagram, TikTok, email, and right here on the blog. Part of this reset is building a steady rhythm that helps you stay connected to what’s new, what’s coming, and how Jae Sweets continues to grow. I’m creating a business that supports my life, not one that drains it, and consistency is a major part of that shift.

This reset matters because I have big goals for 2026, and the only way to reach them is by building a strong foundation in Q1. Slowing down, organizing my processes, and approaching growth with intention allows me to scale Jae Sweets sustainably—whether it’s through more classes, vendor events, or expanding my cake supply offerings. If you’ve been rocking with me through the transition, the inconsistency, and the rebuild, thank you. I’m excited for you to see what’s coming next.

Here’s to a fresh start, a solid plan, and a new year of creating boldly.

— Christine, Jae Sweets
